1. Conditions for Return
- You can request a return within 60 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: To request a return, please complete our Changes & Returns Form to initiate your request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: After submitting the form, our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping the Product: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error in the order.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- The amount will be refunded via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Items on sale or customized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
